This business nearly lost $1.2 Million from one mistake!

I’ll tell you a quick story that I was visiting with somebody that called me in the middle of the night. They left a message at my office. I didn’t get it until about a week later when I got back from vacation.

It was John out of Michigan.

And John said “listen I don’t even know who you are, I’ve never gone to YouTube for anything but when I did this search I watched one of your videos on JJ the CPA.

The thing that struck me in your video, JJ, was to press on your tax professional on why you don’t qualify if they’re saying that you don’t.

We ended up getting 1.2 million dollars back in ERTC when initially our CPA said ‘hey you don’t qualify you’re an essential business.”

At the end of the day he went back and he did just what I said very simply and just said “can you at least tell me why I don’t call qualify.”

If it’s one sentence, “well you’re an essential business that doesn’t qualify” and say “can you tell me further why?”

That’s what he heard at first and when he pressed back that CPA came back and said “you know what you’re right we looked at this a little closer and you do qualify 1.2 million dollars.”
